LA-based yoga and pilates teacher (and all around awesome person) Alex Tacket took her very first yoga class in 2010 and it completely changed the direction of her whole life. This began an 8-year journey of personal discovery through her unique perspectives on yoga, as she has dedicated herself as both a teacher and a student. Now she’s known for creating a playful and friendly space for students to strengthen body, mind, and spirit.
