THE MUNIVERSE (collectively referred to herein as “THE MUNIVERSE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected of those individuals that visit our website and make use of our online facilities and services accurate, confidential, secure and private. This Privacy Policy Agreement (“Policy”) describes how THE MUNIVERSE collects, uses, and shares personal information of consumer users of our website located at https://themuniverse.com/ (the “Website”) and online services (“Services”). Who We Are. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, THE MUNIVERSE is the controller of the personal data/information you provide to us (“Data Controller”). As a Data Controller, we process the personal information we maintain about you in accordance with this Policy.

We often receive comments, feedback and testimonials from users who have had positive experiences with our Services, and we occasionally publish them. Interactive Content includes but is not limited to, content received through live coaching calls, student calls, and questions and answers (i.e. Q & A).

THE MUNIVERSE shall endeavor to take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to its offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control. Please be advised, however, that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with storage and transmission of personal data.
